By browsing or purchasing from Chaotic Nova, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part, please don't use the site or place an order.

What We Sell
We work to display products and prices accurately. Colors may vary slightly from screen to fabric. All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise, and we reserve the right to correct errors.
Availability is limited to current stock. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we'll notify you and refund the charge.
Placing an Order
When you place an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method through Shopify, our payment processor. We may decline or cancel an order if fraud is suspected or information is incomplete.
Payment is handled securely by Shopify; we never receive or store your full card details.
Fulfillment and Refunds
Order processing and delivery timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and damaged-item handling are covered in our Returns Policy.
By placing an order you acknowledge those policies as part of this agreement.
What Belongs to Us
All content on this site — imagery, copy, branding, and design — is owned by Chaotic Nova and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without permission.
Our Responsibility
Chaotic Nova is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Where These Terms Apply
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chaotic Nova operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
