PRIVACY
How Chaotic Nova collects, uses, and protects your information. This policy applies to every visit and every order placed on this site.
LAST UPDATED · OCTOBER 2026What We Gather
When you place an order, sign up for the launch list, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Payment information is handled by our payment processor and is never stored on our servers.
We also automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies.
Use of Your Information
We use your information to process orders, communicate about your purchases, send launch and product updates when you've opted in, and prevent fraud.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate — such as our payment and shipping partners — and only as needed to fulfill your order.
How Payments Are Handled
Our store is built on Shopify. When you check out, Shopify and our payment processor collect and handle your payment data to complete the transaction. This may include device and transaction data used for fraud prevention.
For more on how Shopify handles your data, see Shopify's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at shopify.com. Chaotic Nova does not receive or store your full card details.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences, and measure site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not work as intended.
Analytics tools help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. This data is aggregated and not tied to your identity.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@chaoticnova.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
