Processing timeframes
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your essential leaves our facility. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
United States shipping
Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Standard shipping is quoted as 3–5 business days. Expedited 2-business-day and overnight options are available at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates from the carrier and begin after your order ships.
International shipping
Chaotic Nova ships internationally to select regions. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes or import fees assessed by the destination country.
Tracking your order
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your order, contact support@chaoticnova.com.
Lost or delayed shipments
If an order is delayed beyond the estimated window, reach out and we’ll open an inquiry with the carrier. For parcels marked delivered but not received, check with neighbors and your building’s mailroom first, then contact us within 5 days.
