Returns
If an essential is not right, here is how to send it back.
What can be returned
Unworn essentials with original tags attached are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed and in the condition you received them.
For hygiene reasons, underwear that has been worn, washed or is missing its original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
Starting a return
Email support@chaoticnova.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return. Chaotic Nova will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and instructions. Pack items securely in their original packaging and include your order number on the parcel.
Refund processing
Once a return is received and inspected, a refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges and size swaps
The fastest path is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size. If you prefer a direct exchange, note it in your return email and Chaotic Nova will do its best to hold the replacement size while your return is in transit.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact Chaotic Nova within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. A replacement or full refund will be arranged at no cost to you.
